Toy of Dr. Brainlicker
You have been captured by the nefarious Dr. Brainlicker! With her new Seducto-ray, she's planning to turn you into her latest pleasure-slave! Can you resist her fiendish device long enough for rescue to arrive, or will you be locked in an endless climax while your body is forced to attend to her every whim?
A puzzle game with late 90s-early 2000s style, made for Strawberry Jam 9. While fully functional in terms of gameplay, a few aspects of the graphics and sound aren't quite complete yet. You can press P to pause during gameplay.
A note on the music: We can only take credit for picking the current tracks, not for creating them! They were supposed to be placeholders, but we didn't have enough time to create our own music before the jam deadline. However, the sort of game that this is mimicking often used freely-available music just like these tracks, so it is entirely period-appropriate. In fact, the music used during gameplay has been featured in at least two games that we can think of! (NetTron and Candy Crisis)
TODO:
1. implement add-ons for custom captives and captors~
2. add some more settings, and other little stuff like that
3. try to create some original music as an alternative to the current, pre-existing tracks.
4. improved game mechanics??

I really like the game (even though it is a bit hard for me)
I think if there's some visual indication of how long/what level you're on
(such as visually getting desperate or maybe just for my own kinks... some body-part influenced/transformed? for they're getting force to climax.. maybe some alternation in the cock and balls?)
I'm probably dumb and spiral-brained but, where exactly is the Temptation button? ^^;
I feel like I'm hitting every key and not finding anything...
If you don't have a mouse with a middle button, you can also use the 0 key on the numpad. We're considering how to handle customizing the controls, and maybe adding proper keyboard controls, in the future.
I may have spent a fair amount of time practicing this game. Most of the time I can get to around level 11-12. On really good runs when I'm in the zone, well, there's my high score so far.
Some tips for those that want to go higher.
First thing, use control + mousewheel to set your browser's zoom higher(mine works best at 190%). It's not as good as fullscreen(pretty please dev?), but the larger your screen, the less likely you will have mis-clicks, which is especially important at the higher levels.
Second, when examining a board, I prioritize trying and identify a 2x2 block that has 3 of the same color. If possible, find one that has a 4th block of the same color directly adjacent to your 2x2 block. If you have that setup, for all colors but two(purple and green), you can get a match by clicking only 1 to 3 times on your 2x2 block(depending on orientation. See below for an example.
It's a bit hard to see, but I've got my curser over a block of three, and then with only 1 adjacent block of the same color, I can clear a match by just clicking where I am at. Greens and purples are also very trivial as long as I make an L shape first, because then I just need to move over 1 space and then click, depending on if I need a block or a line.
This is of course by no means a hard and fast rule. It's just what I look for. If you happen to spot one of the other 3 pink blocks, or the teal blocks, or the green square that's already set up to complete, go for that first.
I also personally don't go for the double combo to clear all on the board, unless I have 2 down arrows that are by the bottom. For colors, you need to clear a minimum of 8 blocks in order the pull it off, which already lowers how many other blocks you are clearing. It is also extremely easy to accidentally match something else between your first and second clear. If you can spot it, go for it, but I personally prefer to focus on getting volume of clears rather than specific colors.
As for the theming, tbh, it pushes all of my buttons. A hot(in my mind anyway) and powerful villainess? Bondage? Resistance from the victim? A bad end? All of it yes please. I would absolutely love to see more of Dr. Brainlick in the future if that is able to be arranged. If not, that's fine too, I am totally happy with what we have here.
Hands down the best thing to come out of this jam, and I will definitely be watching out for more from this dev.
what i did to increase the scale of the game is the following:
open index.html, find the `canvas` CSS rule near the top (it should be right there on your screen already), change `image-rendering` to `pixelated` and add either of the following two lines:

transform: scale(2.0) translate(25%,25%);
transform: translate(50%,50%) scale(2.0);
```
the first is what i ended up with initially when doing this quick and without thought but i like the second better for reasons.
this has the added benefit of not affecting the amount of mouse movement needed -- if you come at the canvas from the bottom or right side, your cursor will seem to disappear, but keep moving it and it will find the part of the canvas where the game is!
Wow, we didn't expect anyone to get that far in! Nice strategizing. We'll be experimenting with the mechanics a bit more, after some cooling down from the jam, but of course it's impossible to predict how significant any changes will be. We'll see about fullscreen, but other features are currently taking priority.
As for seeing more of Dr. Brainlicker herself, she might get a full-body sprite for the Help section, eventually, maybe. There are currently no plans for her outside of the game she was created for, but who's to say?
