Stargazer VRChat Avatar

Stargazer is a mana-eating aquatic alien "Starspawn" from Arhra's "Dungeoneer." She loves to stare silently, and wiggle. This avatar was originally created for Second Life, but it has now also been ported to VRC, with some platform-specific features! Mainly, that her hoop is SPS-enabled.
